With its 60 square metres, it is one of the largest two-room apartments in the building. The most beautiful feature of this particular apartment are the two windows in the spacious bedroom overlooking the Ponte Vecchio and the city centre.

The San Niccolò apartment has a feature that makes it unique compared to all other apartments of Serristori Palace Residence, offering an exclusive experience for those who love Florence: the terrace (with table and four chairs) overlooking Porta San Niccolò, a wonderful tower built in 1324 and the starting point of the flight of stairs leading to Piazzale Michelangelo. The apartment is on the second floor (accessible by lift) and has a large double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen area (with its own window) and a bathroom with tub/shower.
